We don’t believe people are blank slates. Your experiences, reflections and quirks are what we build on. So, we couldn’t start this session without making sure you have a task to do to be fully ready to contribute on the day.

The first 30 mins

The best things in life don’t start slowly and comfortably, and neither should your first experience with us. We’ll make sure it will be FUN!

9.30 MODULE 1: WHAT MAKES YOU?

Science is full of clever ways to help you get to know yourself. However, no one else can really be more of an expert than we already are. We’ll help you uncover what makes you YOU!

 

In this session you will:

  • Uncover your personality strengths and virtues
  • Bring awareness to who you are at your best
  • Build your confidence by focusing on how to make the most out of YOU

11.00 BREAK

11.15 MODULE 2: PURPOSE, PASSION, PRESENCE

90 min chunk

All of us are driven by 3 simple things: the reason we get up in the morning; the things we value above all else; and the way all of this is demonstrated in our actions.

By knowing and applying our 5 step approach in this session you will:

  • Explore and understand your unique purpose, passion and presence
  • Use them to create your personal brand manifesto
  • Practice how to authentically present your brand to others (5 steps)

13.15 MODULE 3: PEOPLE BUY PEOPLE pt1.

60 min chunk

Gaining trust and connecting with strangers is as much as an art as a science. After all, people like people like themselves. The creative part is driven by an understanding of, and ability to lead with your strengths. You’ll have the opportunity for a first-hand experience in unscripted, real life situations with real life customers.

In this session you will:

  • Observe our communication techniques in action
  • Understand vital elements of the sales cycle and sales pitch
  • Plan your best “self approach” to a customer

14.15 MODULE 3: PEOPLE BUY PEOPLE pt2.

90 min chunk

There is a saying “In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are not.”. In other words, nothing accelerates learning and change like actually having a go. This is where we’ll take you out of your comfort zone.

In this session you will:

  • Try selling to real customers
  • Reflect on how you came across
  • Try again

15.45 The CELEBRATION ZONE

60 min chunk

This section allows us that space for reflection as well as to nourish ourselves with feedback from experts and our peers.

But most importantly, we’ll celebrate all your triumphs and the failures. Everything is learning and leads to personal growth.

16.45 WRAP UP

Last 15 mins

Each day will leave every participant buzzing and raring to come back again. This last session packs an energy boost and links neatly into the next day’s content.
